Scenes  
Photographs of M.I. Hummel® Figurines in special settings.

The following conditions apply to reproductions of figurines:

1. The Licensee is free to use an existing scene or to design a scene exclusively for his product. Each new scene requires the written permission of ARS AG and the Convent. The copyright becomes the property of ARS AG.

2. The figurine must dominate the scene in format and color.

3. The colors of the scene must harmonize with the colors of the figurine as much as possible and must be subtle.

4. The base of a figurine in a scene may be covered.  

5. Whatever does not belong to the figurine must be clearly recognizable as such. Sparsely added objects must have enough distance from the figurine to preclude any confusion.

6. Well-chosen crops from an existing scene are possible, if the figurine is not disturbed.
